Kit Includes: 750ml tequila, 750ml triple sec, 750ml Borgo Molino Prosecco & 12oz simple syrup
1.5 oz tequila, chilled
2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz triple Sec
4 oz Borgo Molino Prosecco, chilled
1/2 tsp agave, simple syrup or honey (optional)
lime slices, for garnish
coarse salt for rimming glasses (optional)
Juice the limes and set aside. If using, cover a small plate with salt. Moisten the rim of the glass with a lime wedge, turn upside down in the salt and spin the glass until the rim is covered in salt.
In a shaker filled with ice, mix tequila, lime juice and triple sec. Shake vigorously until cold. Pour into the glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish with lime slices and enjoy!
