Kit Includes: 750ml tequila, 12oz simple syrup & 750ml Cave de Bissey Cremant Rosé
1.5 oz tequila, chilled
1 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz agave, simple syrup or honey
2 oz Cave de Bissey Cremant Rosé
lemon twist, for garnish
Fill a glass with ice. In a shaker filled with ice, mix tequila, lemon juice and sweetener and shake vigorously. Pour into the glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
