Jean-Jacques, Rémi Bonnet, Vincent Pineau are passionate winemakers. They have been operating the Domaine Bonnet-Huteau – a family propriety for more than 150 years – in the center of the Sèvre & Maine appellation. They give their best to develop a whole palette of flavours of Muscadet wines reflecting the best quality and minerality for each land. Their vine-growing respects both soil and Nature. Today, the domain is run in biodynamics (certified by Biodyvin). This cuvee of Muscadet made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne is the natural expression of a terroir made of schist and gneiss and is a fruity and expressive wine, combining great suppleness with lots of coolness. On the nose, citrus and chalk aromas jump out of the glass with some slight floral notes. On the palate, firm, minerality is the star of the show, with added citrus and lively acidity. Pair this with a selection of Maritime oysters, a large sushi platter, or an East Coast favourite - fish and chips.
