Handed down from father to son for four generations. Domaine Curveux is a small, family-owned vineyard in Fuissé, right in the heart of the Pouilly - Fuissé appellation. Currently, the business is run by Guillaume Curveux. Since 2020, the estate plots have been upgraded to 1er Cru status which is declaration of the quality of their wines. They farm responsibly with little inputs. This 100% Chardonnay spends 12 months in oak barrels and stainless steel. Fresh on the nose with hints of oak. Intense flavors of citrus, dry fruits and spices on the palate, with long persistence.
