The 100-acre Domaine de Fondreche estate is situated at the foot of Mont Ventoux, the famous mountain in the South of France. The vines are tended using natural methods. This is a blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre. Traditional winemaking. After fermentation the wine is aged 18 months, 1/3 vat, 1/3 foudre and 1/3 concrete egg. Very little sulfites are used and lots of natural farming and winemaking techniques to create this pure wine. Deep color, an intense nose of red berries, black cherry, blueberry, raspberry, violet and woody spices. Generous, harmonious, round and silky on the palate. Stunning wine! Pair with tapas, duck, poultry, or steak.

Color: Purple Nose: An explosion of redberries, blueberry, redcurrant, violet, and ground pepper. Palate: A balance between depth and freshness. Silky tannins with a minty edge making it very easy to drink.
