Situated in northern La Mancha, the main Spanish wine region, Dominio de Punctum, founded and owned by the Fernandez family, distinguishes itself by its exclusive estate production and the singularity of its organic and biodynamic wines. They produce traditionally made natural wines. The 20,000 Leguas is a white wine produced from a field blend of grapes (mostly Chardonnay). Because it is fermented with the skins the color is more amber/pale orange than yellow. Aromas of tropical fruit, hazelnut, apple and dried orange rind on the palate. Well structured with ripe tannins and good acidity. For those looking to get more into skin-contact whites, this is a delicious start!
