Feudo Montoni has been producing top-quality wines on its historic grounds since 1469, and is currently overseen by Fabio Sireci, the third generation of a family dedicated to producing the most refined expressions of this long-cultivated terroir. They are one of Sicily’s most historical producers of Nero d’Avola. Lagnusa is the name of the cru vineyard from which the organically grown grapes hail. You get a lot of authentic charm here with tones of black plum, blackberry, underbrush and warm spices. Those aromas find nice harmony while also showing charming intensity. It is soft, velvety, sapid and laced with the right amount of delicate tannin on the palate.
