Domaine La Taste is run by the Fontan family, one of the first families in Gascony to bottle their own wine. Today the fourth-generation brother and sister team, Jean-Claude and Aline manage the estate in the Cotes de Gascogne region of southern France. The siblings are dedicated to "feeding the ground so that it feeds future generations". They produce refreshing every day wines that are true to the land and terroir where the grapes are grown This crisp white blend of Columbard, Ugni Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc has a fruity bouquet of citrus, white and yellow fruits. Great vivacity and long-lasting mouthfeel. Beautiful texture to the wine. Zesty and minerally fresh. Drink as an aperitif, or with salads, fish and shellfish, white meat.
