The Viallet family have been working the vineyards of Savoie in the village of Apremont since 1966. The family sustainable vineyards are located throughout the valley on the foothills of the Alps mountains. This exciting French alp white is made from indigenous grapes—Jacquere (64%) and Chasselas (36%). Aromas and flavors of ripe pear apple and peach with hints of mineral flintiness followed by a touch of honey and pinch of salt. Serve with fish, shellfish and with traditional local dishes (cheese fondue, tartiflette).
