Noel Bulliat and his son Loic, who brings a fresh perspective, run this 7th generation family estate in the heart of the Beaujolais region. They are organic certified. Only natural products are used. This is a wonderful introduction to serious Gamay. Bright cherry color with hints of purple. Complexity between fresh red and black fruits, with underlying elusive earthy notes and spice. Nice balance between fruitiness, acidity, tannins, spice and earth that leads to a fresh finish. Super attractive wine!
