Bodegas Valdemar has 130 years of history that began on a small, narrow track in the family's native town of Oyón. Today the fourth and fifth generation forge ahead in their eagerness to surprise and enchant consumers with novelties that offer that something personal, that distinguishing touch. The Conde Valdemar Blanco is based on the native Viura grape that fermetns in stainless steel. It displays a pale yellow color with greenish highlights. Clean and bright. Intense aroma, very fresh, standing out white fruits, melon and pear, and tropical fruits such as pineapple and lychee. Tasty, vibrant entry, with a persistent and long aftertaste.
It is the ideal match for grilled fish, salads and vegetables, as well as pasta dishes and shellfish. A good choice for smoked food and creams.
